IMPORTANT - this is NOT a DIY Will solution. Our Will questionnaire is designed so that you can complete Will statements for either your own or a joint (mirror) Will at your chosen time and pace. It is easy to follow and each question or section has notes to help you complete your answers as you go along. If you require help telephone the above free number or E-mail you enquiry to us. An adviser is normally available until 8pm most evenings.

When you have completed your instructions, return them to us in the envelope supplied. On receipt, your details will be checked and we will process a draft Will for you to view. Any amendments needed should be made at this stage and the forms returned to us in the envelope supplied or an E-mail forwarded to confirm that the draft is correct and reflects your wishes. We can then prepare your Final Will and professionally print and bind it and posted it to you. This normally takes 21 days.

If the value of your estate or joint estates is in excess of £300,000 (Year 2007–08) you may require Wills to mitigate against possible Inheritance Tax. If you wish advice before deciding if this is the case telephone one of our advisers on the above free number. A note of some main assets will be taken and a decision can be made regarding your taxable situation, or if you prefer we can send you a simple form for you to complete and then calculate any tax that may be due.
