You can now draft, write and make your Will online - simply choose
which type of Will meets your requirements, click the box and complete
the easy questionnaire.
IMPORTANT - this is NOT a DIY
Will solution. Our Will questionnaire is designed so that you can
complete Will statements for either your own or a joint (mirror)
Will. It is easy to follow and comes with instructions to help you
complete your draft Will.
When you submit your instructions they are automatically sent to
us. On receipt, your details will be checked and we will process
a draft Will for you to view. Any amendments needed should be made
at this stage and the forms returned to us in the envelope supplied
or an E-mail forwarded to confirm that the draft reflects your wishes.
When these draft details are agreed your Final Will is professionally
printed and bound and posted to you. This normally takes 21 days.
Full instructions on how to sign your Will and have it witnessed
come with the document.
If you think your estate falls into an Inheritance Tax (IHT) situation
please state this in the ‘Finally any other details’
information box at the end of your form. We can then advise on matters
such as Discretionary Will Trust clauses to avoid potential IHT;
or on whether you need to take any additional steps to protect your
assets. See our FAQs for
more on Inheritance Tax.
NOTE: If you are married and are making a Mirror
Will, each partner must complete and submit a form.
The cost of each simple Will is £40. Payment can be made
online after submitting your forms or by cheque if required. If
payment is being made by cheque please state this in the ‘Finally
any other details’ information box at the end of your form.
Instruction forms forwarded without one of the above forms of payment
being made will not be processed but will be held on file for 5
working days and then destroyed.
Select from the following drop-down lists the Will type that meets
